so, I missed nearly 2 weeks' worth of the show....how is that Chloe's paternity test came back as Cane being the Daddy? They never slept together, so I'm guessing she rigged it somehow, but how? and how did they do a test so early in the game?

The test Cane and Chloe took could determine one of two things: Cane was definitely not the father, or, Cane's DNA could not be eliminated from the pool of
possible DNA matches. So, either Cane is the father or someone with a really close DNA match is the father....possibly someone related to Cane through Jill? Or
Cane wasn't so drunk that Chloe was able to get him to perform without him remembering.

Billy's.....and he supposedly is coming back on the show soon. If Chloe knows that Billy is an Abbott/Chancellor I don't see why she'd be so gung

I am losing patience with this sl. This is so stupid. No way does Cane have to marry DittzyHeaded Chloe to have legal rights to this child. On Monday's
show Jill is going to tell Cane/Chloe that she is throwing a big engagement party to essentially keep up appearances. What th...? WHO CARES IF CANE GETS A GIRL
PREGNANT???? NO ONE!!!
The writers are grasping at straws to drum up conflict to make this interesting but right now it is just plain ole irritating. The big story is what is going on with Victor. Focus on that you ninnies.

Clearly, Billy has got to be Chloe's booty call dude and obviously he hasn't told her who he is. The question is; why has he come back to town and not told anyone he's here? And I agree that this is the stupidest storyline that this show has seen in quite some time. I used to like Cane but he's been lobotomized; it's extremely unattractive. The only thing saving this whole mess is Elizabeth Hendrickson as Chloe - she's doing a great job. And if Chloe breaks up Lame, er, LANE, I'll be forever grateful to her because Cane and Lily totally suck - I fail to see the allure of this couple.

Refresh my memory....Jill is NOT a Chancelor, right? she is Kay's daughter, by Hendricks dude....so that does not make Billy a Chancelor by blood...He is
Kay's grandchild, but not a blood Chancelor...I think? lol. my head hurts when I try to figure out family tree's on this show - I suppose he still
stands to inherit from Kay's will though. Cane is a Chancelor because he is suppose to be Philip. I would absolutely LOVE for young Philip (by Nina) to
come back to town...that would make an interesting s/l...the kid that was a Chancelor, but is not any longer. lol.
mskiddie, we are speculating that the mystery booty call that Chloe has been answering, is Billy, we don't know for sure, but it makes sense since the blood test came back as Cane's DNA could not be eliminated from the pool of possible DNA matches. I'm thinking that Chloe does know who Billy is, otherwise, why would she be so confident that the blood tests would be a match?

This SL is so ridiculous! There is no paternity test whereby you take blood from the mother. And then the fact that he isn't excluded merely means another
test should be taken either via amniocentesis or CVS (chorionic villus sampling), or wait until the baby is born. There shouldn't be any rash promises made
or marriages at this point, until there is proof positive that Cane is the father.

Mskiddie: it's just speculation right now that Billy Abbott is Chloe's booty call guy. But based on the DNA results that were recently revealed,
I'm pretty sure that's what TIIC are leading up to.
Billy isn't a blood Chancellor but he IS Katherine Chancellor's grandchild so he's gonna inherit big.

Billy is coming back to the canvas; they've already cast the role. Coincidentally, his name is Billy Miller and he was recently on All My Children. I
don't know when his debut date is but I would guess it's going to be pretty soon.
