I have started experiencing some perimenopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, and I told my CNP during my annual checkup. She had suggested a few things I
could take OTC to help minimize the symptoms. I also did some research and found out that cutting out caffeine, chocolate, and a host of other things may help
also.
Any suggestions from any of you who are going through it, or know someone who has? I would appreciate any feedback you can give me at this point. Just so you know, I want to make certain that whatever I take doesn't counter-act with the other things I take (calcium, Omega-3 fish oil, Relacore, mult-vitamin, BCP, Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM, and I hope I haven't forgotten anything!
