Easy Steak Oscar
2 filet mignon, 1 1/2-inch thick
1 cup butter
1/2 lb crabmeat, fresh
1 (6 ounce) package knorr bearnaise sauce mix (packaged gravy section of store)
whole milk
asparagus
Directions
1Salt and pepper raw steaks before grilling. Broil 10 - 12 minutes on.

The only thing I did differently was to steam the asparagas in my stove top steamer. My lord this was good! That Knorr's sauce is awesome! No way would
I ever go to the trouble of making Bearnaise sauce from scratch. I'd have scrambled egg yolks instead of sauce, I'm sure.
