Man, that actress looks good. Beth is prettier than all of her daughters.
Is Patrick Duffy supposed to stay this time? I like him and I think he and this new Beth would make for an interesting couple. It would be neat to see them
fall in love with each other.
I'm sure we don't have to worry about Beth's memory problems now tha tDr. Obnoxious is on duty.
Hey, maybe if enough Logans get diseases, Bridget can spend all of her time researching for cures and we'll never have to see her except when she swoops
in to act as everyone's savior. BLECH

Beth and Brooke looked more like sisters than mother and daughter but I guess if LD can olay Jackie than its all fair game, Lord knows she looks better than JW on a good day. I thinl Beth is going to shock a few people in LA, she may just steal Eric away from Donna or let Popeye bust her oats too along with the rest of them Logan gals. |

This is a major boo-hoo day for me because I just put my newly graduated son on a plane to Australia to attend school overseas (any Aussies out there?). Man
that was hard. But even with that emotional turmoil going on, when I glanced at the tv and saw Beth, I still had to shake my head. What were they thinking.
This has to be the most ridiculous casting ever. The fact that I was walking around all day when teary eyes and a red nose but again was thrown off guard by
this casting, ought to tell TPTB something!

Wow vicgirl, congratulations on your son's great success! I know you are proud of him. How long will he be in Australia? Sounds like a perfect
opportunity for you to go visit! Try not to be too sad. He's going to have a great time.
I know they have to have pretty people on the soaps but, this woman is exceptional. I couldn't take my eyes off her. Brooke and donna look like a ocuple stringy headed I don't know whats next to her. And Heather Tom - well she doesn't look like she could be this woman's daughter. They easily could pair her up with eric, Ridge, Nick whichever. I'm sure those guys won't mind a bit! LAD does look younger than JW most of the time. I guess that's what happens when there's only 5 years difference in your ages. I'm glad she doesn't play "older" though, you know? |

Thank you Sam! Yes, I am very proud of him. He will be gone a year. I keep bouncing between being happy for his opportunity and sad and worried about not
seeing him for a whole year. Visiting him is out of the question - can't afford it. We barely got him there with help from scholarships but thank God for
that new-fangled contraption called the internet! As long as I can call him and read his notes online I will be OK.
The new Beth Logan is beautiful. There is something complelling about her when she asserts herself as a mother who loves her children. I'll have to wait this one out though before I can decide if she can be believable as the mother who looks waaaay younger than her daughters. That's just weird.

Yeah, I bet air fare to Australia is pretty steep. Oh well, maybe he can take a lot of pictures and send them to you. Man, I can't imagine going to study
in a foreign country, how cool is that! You're right about the emails helping you keep in touch. I can't even remember what we did before we had the
Internet.
I hope if they recast Stephanie (God forbid) they don't hire some young looking chick that could pass for Ridge's sister. |

brou-ha-hahs I think we are on the road to becomming BFF! LOL!
Yeah Sam, Air fare is a b... When we first priced it months ago it was a reasonable $1100. Within 3 weeks it jumped to $1400-$1800 because of gas prices. I shudder to think what it is now. Believe me, I am living for the pictures!
